Text messaging terms

ISP Advisor (Kellim Marketing LLC) is an authorized sales agent for internet providers such as Total Highspeed. We use Mission Control, our own app, to text the customers we sign up in person from 1-888-884-7169. Texts start with the name we send them under, for example "ISP Advisor for Total Highspeed:".
How you agree to get texts
You sign up for internet service in person with one of our sales reps. The rep asks for your mobile number and reads you the script below, and only enters your number if you say yes. Your signed service agreement also includes your consent to texts.
What our reps say
Rep: "Can I get a mobile number for your account? ISP Advisor will text you from 1-888-884-7169 on behalf of your internet provider with your welcome link, your agreement to sign, and install appointment reminders. It's usually 2 to 6 texts, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out anytime. Our terms are at this page and our privacy policy is linked below. Is it OK for us to text you? Yes or no?"
Customer: "Yes."
Rep: "Great, you'll get a welcome text in a few minutes."
The line in the service agreement reads:
I agree to receive text messages about my account and installation from Total Highspeed and its sales agent at 1-888-884-7169, at the mobile number I provided. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.
What we send
- A welcome text with a link to your account details and your agreement to sign
- Install appointment reminders, and a request to confirm (reply YES or NO)
- Messages from your installer or sales rep about your installation
We don't send marketing or promotional texts. How often: it varies, usually 2 to 6 texts for each new service.
Help and opting out
Reply HELP for help, or call or text 1-888-884-7169. Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts. You'll get one last text confirming you're opted out, and no more after that. Reply START to opt back in.
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our privacy policy.
